Pastoral Transitions

I sense a calling to partner with churches in transition, especially churches beginning the process of finding a new lead pastor. As an interim pastor, I seek to work myself out of a job, by providing pastoral leadership to the church, shepherding the flock, ministering the word of God, and helping the session to examine the church's vision and philosophy of ministry.
